To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and unopened if sealed or wrapped.
- Must be in its original packaging (if applicable).
- Must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Shipping & Refund Details
- Items remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
- Use a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages—we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by local laws.
- Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of receiving your return. It may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
