Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase (or 14 days from delivery for online orders), subject to the terms and conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unopened if sealed or wrapped.
  • Must be in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • Must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Shipping & Refund Details

  • Items remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
  • Use a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages—we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by local laws.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of receiving your return. It may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
